Ron Struthers, editor of
Struther's Resource Stock Report
, retired at an early age from IBM, where he spent many years as an analyst. He also began investing over 28 years ago and has practiced with many investment products and strategies, mutual funds, stocks, currencies, bonds, commodities and futures, future options, stock options, T bills, spreads and commodity options. I began the
Struther's Resource Stock Report
With his background as an analyst for a multinational computer giant, he is able to research and analyze vast amounts of investment data with the aid of the most technically advanced computer hardware and software. This compliments his 26 years experience investing in the resource and tech sector, along with numerous inside contacts he has nurtured over the years to provide a top notch subscriber service.
He has developed and time tested his own computer-based market timing program. This timer always gets you out before major declines and in for major advances. This market timer works for most markets, stocks, stock sectors, commodities, precious metals etc. This is a technical momentum indicator that Ron has time tested for almost 20 years and it got Ron and others out of the market weeks ahead of the 1987 crash and again, ahead of the turmoil in 1997, 1998, 2000 and in/out of 3 bear market rallies since 2000. He uses the market timer, along with other technical analysis, including candle stick charts to time entry/exit and prices for investments followed in the newsletter.

David Morgan, founder of the Silver Investor, started investing in the stock market well before turning 18 years of age. He then spent four years earning a degree in Engineering. Later he went on to obtain a degree in Finance and Economics. Several years ago, Mr. Morgan put his life long study of free-market economics to work researching the economy, stock market behavior, precious metals, especially silver.
Although very familiar with gold, Mr. Morgan believed that silver needed more exposure and would be utilized increasingly as technology continued to demand more and more of the metal. He has followed the silver market daily for over thirty years. Much of this website is devoted to education and we encourage you to spend time here and refer others.

With a background in engineering, Sy Harding founded and operated successful high-tech manufacturing companies in Connecticut and New Hampshire. After selling them to NYSE listed corporations in the 1980s, Sy turned his life-long obsession with the stock market into a new career, founding Asset Management Research Corp. With his background in engineering and business management, it was natural that his economic and market research combined both fundamental and technical analysis.
Less than two years after founding Asset Management Research Corp. in 1988, Sy was ranked in the Top-Ten market-timers in the U.S. as compiled by Timer Digest. He was ranked #2 in 1990, and has been consistently highly ranked since. He was ranked the #1 Gold Timer in 1991 (Gold Timer of the Year), and remains highly ranked in that category, ranked #1 Gold Timer in 2003, as of September, 2003.
